Meet "Zombie" our new Open Mic house guitar.

This is my old Takamine that I’ve owned since high school. It’s been with me for 20+ years, played shows with multiple bands, and has more than a few war wounds to prove it (see photo for evidence).

Recently, it suffered its biggest injury yet when the bridge completely ripped off the guitar. I thought that might finally be the end of it, but Sean at Little Lake Guitar Shop brought it back from the dead and did an amazing job getting it playable again. Huge thanks to Little Lake Guitar Shop, I highly recommend them!

So, given that it’s full of holes and has now literally risen from the dead... I'll be calling this guitar "Zombie" from now on. 🧟‍♂️🎸

I’ll be bringing it to Open Mic at Coaches every Wednesday as our house guitar, and anyone is welcome to use it. So if you feel like playing but don’t want to lug your guitar downtown, just bring yourself, Zombie will be waiting (and doesn't bite).
