❗️Open to ages 8 and up!
💥Bucking Bulls since 2010! We run bull riding events all throughout the rodeo season, and also host bull riding clinics. We have lots of stock whether you have never tried, are jus
t beginning, or have been riding for quite sometime! We do not supply equipment, so you are required to bring your own. Sometimes other riders will share their equipment, but that is not a guarantee. We encourage anyone to come out and watch as well! Our cowboys love the support, just as much as they love the thrill of the ride and the battle to that 8 second win! Registration information:
For registration please email [email protected] with your name, and preferred day of entry. The first 10 riders to enter will get their preferred spot, after that we cannot guarantee you will get your preferred day. Entry fees and registrations are due the last Monday before the event you are entering, fees must be paid via etransfer (same email address). Once your entry fee is paid there are NO REFUNDS, unless you can provide a valid medical note. Events will run both Saturday and Sunday. Each rider will get two bulls, cows, or steers for the entry (*entry fee covers one day only. If you want to ride two bulls each day you must register and pay two entry fees.) Top three positions will place. Membership and Fees:
The CXB Membership fee is $100. With a membership your entry fee each event is discounted, and your points will continue to add up to qualify for Finals and take home the buckle. You can still enter our events without a membership but your score will only count for the weekend you ride on. A CXB Membership can be purchased any time throughout the season, but until you are a card holder your point will not matter for Finals. CXB Membership form can be found on our pinned posts. Etransfer for your fee can be sent to our email ([email protected])
Mens Bull Riding - 2 bulls, 60% payout with $500 added. CXB Membership Holder fee is $100. Junior Bull Riding - 2 Jr. Bulls, 60% payout with $100 added. CXB Membership Holder $40. Without membership $60. Junior Steer Riding - 2 Steers, full payout, CXB Membership Holder $25. Without membership $30. Women's Riding - 2 Cows on Saturday + 1 Cow Sunday. These rides will qualify you for a 60% payout. The top 3 riders will then qualify to ride a bull, and have a chance at winning an extra $500. (If more than one rider covers their bull, the $500 will be split accordingly.) CXB Membership Holder fee is $80. Without membership $100. Event Specifics:
Riders will need to be on site and checked in with Darcy by 10:00am, and the bull riding will start at 11:00am. Standard Rodeo Dress Code is required for all riders. Equipment is not supplied. Our Finals event results with a County Xtreme Bulls year end championship buckle, and there is $1000 added for the event. Again, you do only qualify for Finals if you are a CXB Membership Holder. A CXB Memership also qualifies you to win the Paul Greer Memorial Award, which is awarded to the kindest, most supportive, and dedicated rider each year. This award is very special to us here at County Xtreme Bulls, and is in memory of a wonderful friend and great supporter of us. We are lucky enough that his family is still our biggest supporter and does an absolute beautiful job at helping us keep our arena ready to ride! Thank you always to Paul Greer and Sons Excavating for your generosity and support! Accommodations:
Camping is available for the duration of the weekend, (Friday - Sunday), bring a tent or trailer. There are no power hook ups so bring a generator if needed. Camping area will be marked. Parking:
We ask anyone competing, or just coming to watch, NOT to park in the lane way. We need to be able to keep traffic areas clear in the event of an emergency, or to prevent anyone from getting injured while traffic is moving. Parking is available on the hill. Signs will be posted. Practice Pens:
We are offering a practice pen on Sundays after the events are finished. $10/cow and $20/bull. Can be cash or etransfer. Cows and bulls are not chosen by the rider (as per usual). Practice will run after the event is over on Sunday, but it is suggested if you can to come out and watch the event - always helps to pick up some learning experience before getting on! Extra Notes:
For anyone coming to watch the events being held, which is very welcomed, we suggest to bring chairs. We are working on getting seating but at this point we are not there yet. We also ask anyone with young children to be sure they stay off and away from the fences for safety precautions, and please no pets at the arena.
