Indigenous Artist Of The Year, Morgan Toney. ECMA
Hey everyone, have you heard the news? I just won the “Indigenous Artist of the Year” at the 2026 East Coast Music Awards!
I just want to Thank my Wife, Moriah - my Best Friend, who encourages me everyday! I love you so much, my Wildflower 🌸. Ishkōdé Records and Erin Kinghorn, thank you for the amazing opportunities and your friendship. It is great to have an incredible team of aunties behind us 💙
To my band, Keith Mullins, and Ryan Roberts: we created something great, something that is bigger than us, and I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else, you boys are phenomenal. We watched this grow and built this from ground up! Congratulations to you both!
To my Dad aka “Sandman”, thank you bringing so much laughter to my life and being an amazing Dad! To Uncle Bart, my #1 fan who always makes an effort to come to every show wearing his “Morgan Toney” T-shirt - I was wondering where all my awards kept disappearing to, only to find out you made a “Morgan Toney” cabinet haha
To my incredible booking agents at ibookshows and Reśonances, we are so happy that we got to travel across North America and pretty soon Québec!
