Before my early September trip, a client expressed interest in buying this piece. However, I couldn’t assist them because I was leaving the next day and needed to visit the Gallery that had the artwork. I explained that we could arrange shipping after I returned. While I was away, another customer also showed interest, but I had already promised the piece. After I returned, I reached out to her to set up shipping and payment, and she said, "Oh, I bought another piece.…WHAT??? I understand people may change their minds, but have the courtesy to inform the artist so the piece can be available for others, as in this case. She was not sorry and suggested I try selling on Instagram, claiming it’s easy to sell items there. Lesson learned.
