✨ ALL ABILITIES DANCE CLUB ✨

A welcoming, inclusive dance experience where every dancer belongs.

Our All Abilities Dance Club is designed to bring dancers of ALL abilities together. Children, youth, and adults with and without disabilities are welcome, including those with physical, developmental, intellectual, sensory, and neurological disabilities.

This relaxed, supportive program focuses on movement, music, creativity, confidence, connection, and FUN - without the pressure of a traditional dance class.

💛 Movements can be adapted for each dancer
💛 Mobility devices are welcome
💛 Support persons are welcome to participate alongside their dancer for free
💛 No previous dance experience needed
💛 Dancers with and without disabilities learn, move, and have fun together
💛 Everyone is encouraged to participate in the way that works best for them
💛 Different ways of moving, learning, communicating, and experiencing dance are welcomed

There is no “right” way to dance here. Dancers might participate standing or seated, independently or with support, using a mobility device, following the group or moving in their own unique way.

You don’t need a disability to join. You don’t need dance experience. You just need to want to move, make some friends, and have some fun.

Because dance is for everybody. 💛

All Abilities Dance Club at Omnes Studios begins October 27th. We hope to see you there!
