I discovered that plein air painting is very different than studio work.The techniques took some getting used to. But I loved being kept company by the birds and squirrels!

Fresh off the easel! "Wild Symphony" 24x18 oil on Birch cradleboard. I had so much fun experimenting with oil pigment sticks on this piece. I think they really helped to bring it alive!
