Meet the artist
My name is Luna! Im 38, I’m a mom of twins and also an adventurer and a professional artist with nearly eighteen years of experience.
I’m a first generation Canadian, but lineage dates back centuries to Vlad the Impaler, and my ancestors lived in Transylvania for generations before me. Mexico is my absolute favourite place to travel, the beach and ocean are my happy place. I speak four languages: English, Romanian, Spanish, and a bit of Japanese.
My hobbies include learning about psychology, spending time with my kids, drawing, archery, axe throwing, hanging with friends, the beach, scuba diving, snorkelling, marine biology, and travelling.
I’ve travelled to many places, (some more than 20 times) and I don’t intend on stopping, exploring new places feeds my nomadic spirit.
Some of my craziest experiences include zip-lining 750 feet above the cloud forest in Costa Rica AND through a ring of fire in Mexico, ATVing through a cave in Mexico, and advanced diving 50 feet underwater in the Gulf of Mexico with sharks, visiting Dracula’s castle, and taking a night train through the carpathian mountains. I almost shattered my knee cap surfing and a wave crushing me into a coral reef in Mexico. I’ve free-dived and swam with loggerhead sea turtles in Aruba.
My favourite tattoo styles are large-scale black and grey, traditional and neo-traditional, and anything featuring goddesses, winged creatures, or reworking old tattoos and breathing new life into them.
