Myra Thomas – also known as MeMe was a cashier with Peguis Gaming Commission.

Myra started with Peguis Gaming January 26, 1989 up to August 2023. She worked for 34 years and 7 months.
Myra created friendships with all the Gaming Staff; cashiers, custodians and security personnel – some of whom are still working with Peguis Gaming.

Myra started working at the ‘Nevada Booth” at Peguis Mall selling nevadas and operating the laundromat. She then was transferred to the VLTs and began her career as a cashier with Peguis Gaming.

We want to acknowledge our co-worker and friend and recognize all her years of service. Myra was kind with a heart of gold, and brightened the room wherever she entered.

Myra will be deeply missed and Peguis Gaming Commission staff and Management and Board of Directors are sending sincere condolences to all the family.

May her journey be peaceful among the stars🌟
