At the Palmerston Agricultural Society, we believe in more than just hosting events—we believe in supporting our neighbours when they need it most.

Exciting Dog Agility Show featuring incredible canine athletes, all in support of helping local resident purchase a mobility van. Admission is by donation, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Kerry’s fundraising efforts. Bring your family, enjoy a great show, and help make a difference right here in our community.

🌟 Meet Our Board 🌟

Meet Jason Schneider – President of the Palmerston Agricultural Society

The Palmerston Agricultural Society has always been a big part of Jason’s life. From showing beef cattle and other exhibits as a child to attending the tractor pull, the fair has been a constant throughout the years.

Wanting to give back, Jason joined the board and later became involved with the Pre-Seeding Farmers BBQ Men’s Night committee. He takes pride in helping the fair grow, supporting community initiatives, and sharing the fair experience with others.

During fair, you can find him just about everywhere—but if there are tractors or livestock nearby, that’s a great place to start looking!

Be sure to say hello when you see him around the fairgrounds!

Stay tuned as we continue introducing the dedicated volunteers who help make the Palmerston Agricultural Society and Fair a success year after year!

Spring Planting 🪏

This Planting Night is for youth ages 7-12 years old that like to learn about plants and enjoy getting their hands dirty.

Each participant will be able to bring home the seedling they planted and watch it grow.

Our Palmerston Ambassador absolutely stole the show singing alongside the Great Canadian Dueling Pianos at Ladies Night! What an unforgettable moment—crowd singing, hands clapping, and all the best vibes 💃🎶

Ladies Night Update! We can’t wait for Saturday! 🎀

Please enter through the Community Centre doors. Doors will open at 5PM. Dinner service will begin at 6PM and entertainment following at 8PM. Cocktails will be served all evening long!

This year’s signature cocktails include the Prosecco Pearl and the Maple Cowgirl shot! 🍸🥃

VIP table tickets can be purchased anytime between 5PM and 6PM with the winner being announced before dinner. Silent auction bidding will take place from 5PM to 10:30PM with a brief pause during dinner. Highest bidders will be announced after 10:30PM. All silent auction items will need to be paid for and taken home on Saturday.

We’re looking for community service groups, clubs, or teams interested in a great fundraising opportunity this summer!

Each year, the Sunday night dinner at the Fair is a well-attended and much-loved event — and we’re excited to invite a local group to host it this year.

This is a fantastic chance to:
- Raise funds for your organization
- Get involved in a popular community event
- Showcase your group’s spirit and teamwork

Ladies Night Update✨

We are overjoyed by the support from the wonderful women in our community! For the third year in a row, we are SOLD OUT! 🤍🖤

That being said, sometimes things happen or plans change. But that’s okay, we have you covered! If you have purchased a table and can no longer attend, contact a committee member and we will refund you for your table.

If you were hoping to purchase a table but didn’t get the chance to, join the waitlist by texting Jessica Cowan at 519-897-0979. The waitlist will be time stamped and it will be first come first served if a table becomes available. The waitlist will remain open until April 7th.

When a table opens up, the first guest on the waitlist will have 24 hours to accept or decline the offer. If time runs out or the first guest declines the table, we will move to the next guest on the waitlist.

1) Open the link in our instargram bio, stories, or the FB post, or scan the QR code below to be redirected.

2) Add your table to your cart and click “Continue”. Each buyer is only able to purchase one table.

3) Enter all required details including the names of all table guests.

4) Zeffy will ask you to contribute to their 100% free event platform for non-profit organizations. This is not affiliated with the Palmerston Ag. Society or the Ladies’ Night Out. If you do not wish to donate to Zeffy, please choose “other” and 0%. You will not be charged to use the platform if you complete this step.

5) Complete the payment method and click “Buy Tickets.”

6) Check that you have received a confirmation email.
