QYC Fun Factory in Owen Sound is such a special place. You can truly feel the love, care, and thoughtfulness that has gone into creating this space and the wonderful atmosphere there.
From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The staff member running our session went above and beyond helping with registration and making the experience feel so special for both the children and the adults. It is rare to find a space that feels so genuinely kid friendly, kid accepting, and supportive for families.
My daughter had a little birthday get together there, and it was incredibly sweet. She absolutely loved the dinosaur theme and did not stop moving or smiling the entire time. The staff member brought so much excitement and imagination into the experience, even bringing out dinosaur friends for the children to interact with, which was such a fun touch.
The space itself is so thoughtfully designed. There are areas for imaginative play, obstacle courses, foam blocks for building, camping and fishing stations, cars to drive around, dinosaur digs, matching games, and so much more. The environment encourages creativity, socialization, and truly wonderful free play.
What I especially appreciated was how well the space worked for both children and adults. The layout allows parents to comfortably socialize while still feeling connected to their children’s play. Even an older child in our group had an amazing time because there were so many opportunities for imaginative and engaging play.
This place is such a gift to the community. We are already looking forward to coming back, and I’m excited for my daughter to grow up making memories here. Thank you for creating such a welcoming, joyful, and inclusive space for families.
