Hey all,
I took my first shot at the Level 3 snowboard instructor exam and what an experience. It was tough, humbling, and honestly, really rewarding. I didnāt pass this time. Out of twelve candidates, only three did, so the standard is clearly high.
Still, Iām glad I showed up and put myself out there. Thereās something valuable about stepping into that level of challenge, even when the outcome isnāt what you hoped for.
Truthfully, it feels like a bit of a crossroads moment. Do I double down, keep pushing, and embrace the risk that comes with that pursuit? Or do I settle into where I am, maintain my current level, and be content with that?
Lots to think about in this Easter Monday. New beginnings or not, Iām grateful for the experience and what itās already taught me. ( special shout outs to Julie whoās been so supportive in this! )
