Benedictus Mattson is a dance practitioner and researcher from Ghana with more than a decade long experience in teaching West African music and dance. Benedictus recently completed a PhD in Cultural Studies from Queen’s University where he focused on Azonto dance’s presence on Instagram and its resultant choreographic and economic transformations.
