The Oshawa Video Game show returns Saturday September 20th 2025! Once again, we are joining the massive Oshawa Convergence Festival and will be joined by Live Music, Live Wrestling, Food Trucks, Toy Vendors, Comic Dealers, Artists, The Punk Rock Flea Market, and More! Last years' event packed in over 12,000+ attendees and this year looks to be even bigger and better as we expand the show. Once again this will be an outdoor event right in the heart of downtown Oshawa.

We are looking to add to our roster of vendors and we want YOU! We are currently looking for vendors selling: Video Games, Toys, Cards, Comics, Sports Memorabilia, or anything Pop Culture related. Booth rates are CHEAP! Only $75 / booth (10' x 10'). Many vendors were hesitant to try an outdoor event, but those that gave it shot found incredible success from the huge crowds the event draws.

We're only 1 WEEK away from our next event! Some things to note:

-Our booths will be on Simcoe St NOT King St as we're a part of the larger "Nerd Alley" (See Event Map)

-This year will be a mix of Video Game, Toys, Comics, Clothing, Records, and other Pop Culture related merchandise

-Admittance is FREE

-City Parking is FREE - All main street parking is free on weekends including the larger Parkade structures found on Mary St and Centre st - just google Maps it and you'll easily find it. Be aware of Road closures on booth Simcoe and King St.

For the first time ever, this will be an outdoor event combined with the City of Oshawa's Convergence Festival.

Spaces are dirt cheap!

Only $50 for a 10' x 10' BOOTH. Yes, a 10' x 10' Booth, not a table!

It's official, our next event will be Saturday Sept 21st 2024!!!

I have decided to try something completely different this year. For the first time ever, I am combining the Oshawa Video Game Show with another event. We will be joining the City of Oshawa's Convergence Festival!

This is a huge outdoor event that takes place throughout the core of downtown Oshawa. It's held on the street and features multiple attractions including 3x stages of live music, wrestling, food trucks, a punk rock flea market, and more!

So there are some MAJOR changes here:

1. This is an OUTDOOR event - meaning: the new location for this year's show is literally on the street King St, Downtown Oshawa.

2. Not only will you get to browse 1000s of Video Games, Consoles, and related merch. You will ALSO get to shop Card Dealers, Art Dealers, Toy Vendors, Comic Vendors, and a full Punk Rock Flea Market who will also be at the show.

3. As this is a large scale city event, admission and parking is FREE!!!

4. Because this is such a larger event, Cosplay is HEAVILY encouraged as there's such a bigger opportunity to show off your work. We will also be coordinating to organize a contest with Cash prizes!

Huge THANK YOU to everyone that came out to our Video Game show yesterday! It was a resounding success! Everyone was in high spirits and the energy in the room all day was fantastic! We packed the venue full of merchandise and you helped pack the hall full of people. And thank you to The Oshawa Markets for hosting. We will DEFINITELY be back next year.

ANYONE IN COSTUME IS HALF PRICE

We're located at the Oshawa Markets right off of the 401, Bloor St, and Simcoe St. Look for bright neon signs to direct you once you enter the main doors of the Oshawa Markets building. There's TONS of free onsite parking. There are onsite ATMs as well as a full food court that runs all day.
