This week, we’re featuring our breathtaking Open Large Group – Some Nights. 💜

This powerful and meaningful routine showcases the incredible talent, passion, and maturity of our senior dancers. Every movement tells a story, and every performance reflects the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and emotion that these dancers pour into their art.

Their strength, trust, and connection with one another create a performance that is both captivating and unforgettable. We are so proud of the way they continue to challenge themselves, support one another, and bring this routine to life every time they step on stage.

Watching these seniors perform with such heart and purpose is what makes our Take 5 family so special. We couldn’t be prouder of this remarkable group and all they’ve accomplished this season. ✨

Our Adult Barre Fit + Dance Fit class combines barre-inspired exercises, dance-based movement, cardio and strength training for a fun, full-body workout set to great music!

Whether you grew up dancing and miss being in the studio or you’ve never danced before, this class is for YOU. No dance experience required — just come ready to move at your own pace, build strength, get your body moving and have a great time!
