This initiative needs to be shared!

Throughout October, UNB Sustainability will be hosting Free Store events on both the Saint John and Fredericton Campus.

UNB Sustainability accepts donations of gently used items such as clothing, kitchenware, décor, and entertainment items or stop by to shop at no cost. By accepting unwanted items and redistributing them within the campus network, this initiative reduces landfill waste and actively supports a circular economy model here at UNB.

Please note that they only accept donations during store hours.

We’re having a huge sale on STAMPS. All single stamps are only 25 cents and stamp sets, of any size or type, are only $1!

We’ve also put out some Christmas items, so make sure to stop by between 10-4 tomorrow!

In the spirit of thanksgiving, I wanted to expressed how thankful I am for everyone that has supported this store and this vision. Without the community’s support this project would not have been possible. Your thoughtfulness when deciding to donate your craft supplies to us, or to drive all the way to Oromocto from across the province (or even from Halifax!) to shop at the Crafty Raccoon, has blown me away! Your support is what will help us grow into something even better.

We hope to offer more workshops, more hours, and more space in the coming months. Stay tuned! 🍁

This Saturday (10-4) we welcome you to use our crafty table FOR FREE to create an autumn themed cardboard wreath, OR use our colouring supplies and one of the printed colouring sheets to work on your entry for the Simply For Life - Northside, Fredericton colouring contest! Head over to their amazing store at 280 Main st in Fredericton to drop off your completed colouring page, and pickup a cute little Halloween plushie as a thank you for participating. 👻
