Hi Everyone
I'm still on the chase for those high end Young Guns Rookies. In the past I opened four series 2 hobby boxes, with very little success. Yesterday while in Shoppers, I noticed that they had Upper Deck Series 2 for sale. Still a little shy to buy more Series 2 cards, I looked at cost of buying a retail box, it was half the price of the hobby box for the same amount of cards. Knowing a retail box will have less inserts, it was a no brainer I bought a box.
The retail box had the following inserts in it;
4 x OPC Rookies
2 x portrait Rookies
2 x dazzlers Rookies
1 x OPC LL
2 x young guns canvas
6 x young guns.
Here are the highlights of my purchase.

Hi Everyone
Every once and a while you come across something that you just need to have. In my collecting world I had a chance to purchase a card that has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. For years I've been looking on ebay for this card, very hard to find one that I can afford, or find one at all. Last month a friend of mine showed me a card he just got, guess what, my bucket list card was in my hands. I couldn't afford it at the time, and had to give it back. I had to sell a lot of my babies, and today I finally got it.

Here is a great site to use if you are looking for info on your card collection. I use it all the time, the site has lots of info on new issues and goes back all the way to when cards were started. You can find individual stats on almost every player, and also find info an old rookie card that you been researching for ever. I will be worth your time to take a look.

Hi Everyone, it been awhile.
Like most of you. "I stuck my toes in the water" and bought 3 boxes of Upper Deck Series 2. Chasing the YG's, I did get my 6 YG's per box, also pulled a lot of O-Pee-Chee rookies, and only 1 patch per box instead of 2 when the last time I purchased a box. After opening 72 packs you think your going to pull something great. Well in my view my pulls were not great, but not that bad. I was lucky enough to pull a YG Stutzle, and a couple of O-Pee-Chee Lafreniere's, and the typical Portraits, and Dazzlers. By selling the Stutzle and some other YG's I was able to recoup the cost of one box. Couple days later I had brilliant idea to go get another box, (got to chase the YG's right). In one week my next box was $80.00 more than the first 3. And that box was a YG dud. It's getting to the point were it's almost impossible for someone to stay in the hobby. Unless you want to remortgage your house.

ARTIFACTS 2020-21 Hockey

Hi Everyone
Sorry it’s been a while sense I posted something. I was dealing with a minor surgery; I’m feeling better now.
I normally don’t complain when I buy a product, but when I decided to look at ARTIFACTS 2020-21 Hockey blaster boxes I was not impressed.
So, if you don’t know the Artifacts hobby box as 8 packs, and I believe there are 4 cards per pack with a good amount of hits. When I noticed the Artifacts blaster box has 7 packs with 5 cards per pack, I jumped all over it, what a deal at $31.00cn. The store I went to only had two boxes left, I happily bought both boxes. That works out to 35 cards per box, 70 cards in total. I do have to say the cards do look nice. Out of the 70 cards there was only two (2) hits, I couldn’t believe, so I looked through them again to see if I missed something, nothing. The two (2) Blue Sapphire that I did pull, the paint is so bad in the numbers you could hardly read them.
If you are buying this product for the base cards, and not worried about getting any inserts this product will work for you.
