Duck Soup Productions A young people's theatre school that exists to foster the development of acting, singing, and dancing

Duck Soup Productions was established in 2000 and continues to exist to foster the development of acting, singing, and dancing skills in youth aged 6 to 18. These three skills together create what is referred to as a "Triple Threat" performer - one who has mastered all aspects of theatre performance. We invite students to join us who are curious and kind, dedicated and determined, and enthusiastic

and engaged. We offer three levels of theatre workshop:
Ducklings - A recreational workshop for our youngest members
Level 1 - An intro to theatre basics for age 8 and up. Students will explore singing, dance, and character development. Level 2 - For students who wish to further explore theatre skills at a more disciplined level. Students will be expected to put in practice time at home to progress their skills each week. We also offer tap and jazz classes and private workshop sessions to students already enrolled in a weekly workshop.

Closing night!

What started as a show became so much more than that. It became a family, a collection of memories, late rehearsals, inside jokes, challenges, laughter, and countless moments that we’ll carry with us long after the curtain falls.There’s something bittersweet about saying goodbye to a show that has asked so much of us and given us even more in return. We watched these characters come to life, watched each other grow, and created something together that we can be incredibly proud of. To our cast, crew, creatives, families, and everyone who supported us along the way, thank you. Thank you for believing in this production, showing up, cheering us on, and helping make this experience so special. Once a Newsie, always a Newsie.
