Take a moment and give yourself a break. Everything is okay, you need do nothing but take this moment to reset and ground.
Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in filling your lungs completely…hold bringing any unwanted worries or concerns to the surface… exhale blowing them out and repeat two more times. Then slowly open your eyes and take another cleansing breath and continue with your day.

Take a moment to just be, there is nothing that can’t wait. Take a deep breath in feeling gratitude and breathe out doubt and fear. Allow yourself this moment of connection and true peace. Repeat until you feel the shift to wholeness.
