With the long weekend for Family day. Is there any interest in a Drop in open ride timing for Monday?

I can open up from 1130am until 230pm if there is interest.

Cost will be $10 per person if we have enough interest. MUST have current HCBC and proof of currency.

Just bumping this post up again. A reminder that the Agriplex building is a Private lease hold facility.
The facility costs for running and the lease are paid for by the user fees collected by each club that uses the building.
Big Horn Archery, 100 Mile Dog club and the equine users. The fees are then used by the AgSociety to cover the costs of the building lease, maintenance and all related costs. No individual profits from the building.

All drop in costs cover, insurance, hydro and water. The facility is a private lease held by the AgSociety and operated by volunteers.

$25 per 1.5 hr spot for a single person
With 2 -3 people it is $20 each for 2hrs.
With 4 -8 people, it is $15 ea for 2 hrs

At this time there are no private bookings. Everyone has been fine with sharing. There may be options in the future tho. And cost will be figured out.

The hydro cost is the biggest part of the usage.

You need to have current HCBC and show proof. There are waivers to sign as well at the first time you arrive. I handle booking and drop in times.. and I have a few others with keys that can open up if im not available.

Hey folks in 100 Mile that use the 100 Mile Agriplex ..... and followers of this page who dont (who seem to be the bigger critics)

Quick post ... just dispelling rumors based off the PMs I've been getting since my post yesterday about the Agriplex.

The Agriplex is NOT Closed for use.

1. There have been a bunch of upgrades done over the last 3 months inside the building. Those have ALL been paid for out of pocket from the 3 user groups that have the agreement of use with the AgSociety (the private lease holder)
Thankyou to Peter and the 100 Mile Dog club, Agility crew members.
Thankyou to Big Horn Archery and their membership.
And Thankyou to the small crew of my pony peeps who helped to get the work done inside and outside the facility.

2. The Agriplex will continue to operate through the winter, PRIVATELY funded as it has always been. User pay agreement with the AgSociety and the CRD based on the Private Lease. (CRD owns the building yes... leases to the AgSociety)

3. There will be changes and restrictions to use for indoor Equine use. Unfortunately as with alot of things... 1 or 2 users have made this important for monitoring riders.

4. The VOLUNTEERS that make the building use happen have other commitments as well. Respect is required and disrespect will not be tolerated at all this season.

5. Payment for use will be required PRIOR to the use. I can not afford to cover the cost for users from my personal accounts.

The Sandbox is a welcoming place to play regardless of rumors.

There are 3 other incredible private facilities now in our area... they offer amazing lessons and events.. If you have things to say about the Agriplex... please ride somewhere else.

Hey everyone..

The weather is starting to change here in the Cariboo.

Comment here and let me know what you would like to see for Indoor fun through the changing riding conditions. I'm hoping to plan a few open ride days, but please keep in mind the Agriplex is run completely by volunteers with full time careers and our own horses.

A few changes are coming to the 100 Mile Agriplex for riding times. Based on key holder availability etc... I will keep the page up to date as much as I can.

Let's hope that the Fall riding outdoors keeps going for a bit yet. Less the wind today, it was beautiful.
