This life really is just beautiful!

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Strong Like Sloane Foundation | Pediatric Cancer as a special guest at the Okotoks Pro Rodeo! Sloane was an honorary rodeo queen for the day—she got to ride a horse, spend time with the queens, and was introduced during the rodeo! Thank you to Golden Circle of Champions for making this possible.

Today was a special one as we wrapped up the 2026 Okotoks Pro Rodeo. Our visiting royalty made the weekend so much fun, and it was an absolute honour to have one final ride in the Okotoks arena before passing on my crown. Today was also special as we wore red to honour veterans and first responders.

Our new Miss Rodeo Okotoks 2027, Sadie, enjoyed the day watching the rodeo, meeting visiting royalty, and getting to know all the wonderful people who came out to celebrate!

Last weekend during the Miss Rodeo Okotoks 2027 competition, I had the incredible opportunity to demonstrate the horsemanship patterns, wave lap, and flag lap on my horse, Clifford. It was such a special honour to ride him while representing the Miss Rodeo Okotoks Program!

I’m also incredibly thankful to Eamor’s Saddlery and Kelly Koss Brix. The incredible craftsmanship of Eamor’s Saddlery allows me to represent Okotoks with pride every time I ride.
