Some days it’s fine, and other days It’s terrible.
Right now it’s pretty bad, and creates a pretty bad scenario (for getting commissions finished)along with my amazing skills at procrastination…

I’m already seeing physio and doing stretches for it. I also have a great massage therapist.

Anyone tried anything else that helps?

I keep all my upcoming jobs and art related deadlines in my planner… But it’s also helpful for my ADHD brain to have it ...

I keep all my upcoming jobs and art related deadlines in my planner…
But it’s also helpful for my ADHD brain to have it visually like this so I can keep track of dates and when I need to get things done by.
It’s kind of old-school but it works for me🤷🏼‍♀️
