Part-Time Receptionist | 3 Days a Week

Helix Piercing is looking for someone upbeat, reliable, and ready to thrive in a pace changing, people-focused environment.

This is an entry-level position within our studio. You’ll be the first face clients see and a key part of keeping the studio flowing smoothly day to day.

What the role includes:
• Appointment booking + phone support
• Assisting clients with jewelry selection
• Opening + closing duties
• Supporting the piercing team
• Customer service + front-end organization
• Social media support + scheduling
• Keeping upbeat and adaptable in an environment that changes pace quickly

We’re looking for someone who:
• Fast learner
• Has reliable transportation
• Is consistently on time
• Has an upbeat, friendly attitude
• Is flexible and self-motivated
• Feels comfortable on social media and showing personality online
• Loves working with people and being part of a team
