THIS is the summer I’ve been dreaming about for dancers. 🤍

Not just random drop-ins. Not just “stay busy” classes.

But a focused, intentional, growth-filled summer where dancers actually level up.

The All-Inclusive Summer Collective was built for the dancers who want more.
More strength.
More confidence.
More refinement.
More “I didn’t know I could do that” moments.

This isn’t about doing more classes…
It’s about doing the right training, consistently, in a space where every dancer is seen, corrected, challenged, and supported.

✨ What’s included:
– 3 one hour private training sessions
– 2 dance intensive camps (physical movement and multiple styles, goal setting, mindset management, team and partner challenges, end of week performance)
– Unlimited technique classes offered all summer
– 10% off Fall Semester
– A consistent, small-group environment where progress actually happens (6-10 students to a class)

It’s the kind of training I wish more dancers had access to in the summer.

What a year. 💕 on Tuesday June 9th as I stood back and watched our very first recital as The Core Dance Co., I felt nothing but gratitude.

When I opened this studio, I dreamed of creating a place where dancers felt seen, supported, challenged, and loved. Looking around the theatre, I realized that dream has become a reality.

We may be a boutique studio, but wow… our hearts make us feel so much bigger. The energy, the encouragement, the friendships, the families cheering each other on, the teachers pouring their hearts into every dancer—it was everything I hoped for and more.

To our dancers: thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and bringing your light into the studio every week.

To our families: thank you for believing in our vision from day one.

To our teachers and staff: thank you for helping build something truly special.

This first year has been filled with lessons, laughter, challenges, victories, and so many unforgettable memories. And if recital was any indication of what’s to come, we’re only just getting started.

As we celebrate our very first recital, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. One year ago, The CORE Dance Co. was just a dream. Today, it’s a community filled with incredible dancers, supportive families, and teachers who have poured their hearts into helping this vision grow.

To every dancer who trusted us, every parent who believed in us, and every teacher who stood beside me while we built something from the ground up—thank you. You have helped create something truly special.

No matter what happens on stage today, I already feel incredibly proud and blessed. This first year has been filled with growth, laughter, lessons, challenges, and so many beautiful moments. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Here’s to our very first recital, and to the beginning of something amazing. ✨

POV: You thought I was just a dance studio owner. 📸✨

Plot twist…I’ve spent over 15 years behind a camera.

Before The CORE Dance Co., before the cleaning company, before all the wild business adventures, I was photographing weddings, families, dancers, brands, and all the beautifully chaotic moments in between.

These days you’ll usually find me teaching pirouettes, cheering on dancers, or running around Oakville with a coffee in one hand and a to-do list in the other…but photography has always been part of who I am.

So if you see me carrying a camera, don’t worry—I’m not borrowing it. 😉

I’m still capturing stories. Just from a few different angles these days.
