Dovercourt Crypt Come by for spooky festivities and a good scare this Halloween season! We look forward to showing you a spooktacular time!

Dovercourt Crypt is a Halloween Haunt located in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver, run by a couple of Halloween enthusiasts and their living dead-icated team of actors and volunteers. We welcome all who are brave enough to enter, but parental discretion is advised as our Haunt does contain graphic content. While the Crypt is free to attend, donations are encouraged and accepted with all proceeds benefitting the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund.

🚨 HALLOWEEN STREET SAFETY NOTICE 🚨

Heavy rain or not, the Crypt is open and we are expecting lots of little ghouls, goblins, and ghosts out and about early this evening ! 🌧️👻

Please note that Dovercourt Road, Maginnis Avenue, and Wellington Drive will be STRICTLY LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY tonight.

There’s plenty of parking along Institute Road on the east side of Lynn Valley Elementary field- see the areas outlined in green on the map! It’s a short, safe walk from there to the Crypt.

We’ve got tents to keep you dry and an umbrella station if you need one! ☂️

Keep the scares inside the haunt — let’s make it a safe and spooky night for all! 🎃🖤

It’s the final night of the 2025 Dovercourt Crypt season — our grand finale of screams, sweets, and spine-chilling fun!

🕓 4:30–6:00 PM: Trick-or-treating + scare-free walkthroughs
⚙️ 6:00–6:30 PM: CLOSED for haunt prep
💀 6:30–9:00 PM: Full Haunt Experience (our last!)

Steady your nerves, fiendish followers- tonight is a FULL HAUNT EXPERIENCE at Dovercourt Crypt! 🕸️

From 6:30–9:30 pm, the gates will creak open to unleash every shriek, scare, and shadow we’ve been saving just for you. And at long last.. the skies are clear! 🌙 This is our first (and possibly ONLY) Full Haunt under dry skies, so gather your bravest companions and come early to avoid missing out… the Crypt fills quickly when the weather cooperates!

Entrance is by donation (suggested min. $10/adult, $5/child) with all proceeds going to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. We accept cash and tap donations at the gate! 🎃

While you’re here, stop by the Crypt Concession for some popcorn ($2) or water ($1) to steady your nerves between screams.

Gather ‘round, my junior spookies: tonight marks the final fully scare-free night of the 2025 season! 👻

From 4:30–8:30 pm tonight, the gates of Dovercourt Crypt will be open for those who prefer their chills a little less.. well, chilling! 👻 The weather’s playing nice for once, so it’s the perfect evening for a stroll through the Haunt- no jump scares, just atmosphere (and maybe a little popcorn 🍿).

Entrance is by donation (suggested min. $10/adult, $5/child) with all proceeds supporting the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. We accept both cash and tap donations, so you can give easily while you enjoy the magic.

OH MY GOBLINS, what a weekend! Our Full Haunt Experience nights were a screaming success- big thank you to everyone who braved the rain to brave the Crypt! And a huge shoutout to the DNV Firefighters for dropping by and giving our smaller visitors a close-up look at their firetruck — you made a lot of nights extra special. 🚒👻

Tonight, our Hauntling Nights return once more! Join us at the corner of Dovercourt Road and Maginnis Avenue from 4:30–8:30 pm for a scare-free walk-through of the haunt, and enjoy some tasty popcorn while you’re here. 🍿💀

🕸️ The fur has been brushed, the claws have been sharpened, and our dreadful denizens are ready to deliver their A game (and their AHH! game) tonight for the first FULL HAUNT EXPERIENCE of the Halloween season!

Gather your bravest companions and creep on down to the Crypt at the corner of Dovercourt Road and Maginnis Avenue — the frights will be in full swing from now until 9:30 pm.

Admission is by donation (suggested min. Is $10 per adult, $5 per child) with proceeds benefitting the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. We’re always thrilled to take cash, but our monsters have gone modern — tap donations by card or phone are now accepted through the Crypt Square Reader! 👻

And don’t worry about the weather — we’ve got plenty of tents to keep you dry while you wait for your turn to enter the Crypt.. if you dare. ☔💀

🎃 The night has arrived, my junior spookies — it’s our very first Hauntling Night of the season! 👻

From now until 8:30 pm this evening, the Crypt will be open for “scare-free” walk-throughs — perfect for families with young ghouls or anyone who prefers the oohs without the AHHs!

What does scare-free mean? No actors lurking in the shadows, no jump scares waiting around corners, and even the dreaded claustrophobia tunnel has been deflated for the night. The house lights will be brighter, and the only chills will be from excitement!

We’ll also be handing out Junior Fire Fighter stickers, pencils and hats, courtesy of the amazing folks at the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. 🔥🚒

Admission is by donation- $5 per child and $10 per adult is suggested- and we accept donations by cash or tap at the door. Every bit goes toward supporting the Burn Fund’s great work!

Come wander through a gentler version of the haunt- all the atmosphere, none of the screams.. and support a fantastic cause. See you soon, my spookies! 🕯️💀

This evening, the Crypt will finally be be unlocking its gates once again for our Soft Opening Night! 🏚️🎃

For those wondering what exactly a “soft opening” means—here are all the gory details: tonight and tomorrow, the Crypt will be alive with actors and scares, though there may not yet be every eerie feature of the Full Haunt experience coming next weekend. Think of it as a chance for our creatures to stretch their legs, sharpen their screams, and shake off any cobwebs—it’s been a while since they’ve had visitors, after all!

Walkthroughs will begin somewhere between 6:30-7:00 pm, and yes, our Bravery Bracelets will be available as always (the Crypt Concession, however, will have to wait for later in the week).

As always, entrance to the Crypt is by donation (benefitting the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund!) with a suggested donation of $5 per child and $10 per adult. We’ll be accepting cash or card donations this year, so no need to dig through your coffin for loose change. 💀

For those of you concerned about the rain: the Haunt is currently COMPLETELY within an enclosed structure, so no need to worry — we also have plenty of tents to keep you dry while you wait!

So gather your bravest friends, descend into the shadows, and help support a great cause—

Listen up, goblins, ghosts, and thrifty thrill-seekers! Tomorrow and Monday (October 12 + 13) from 12pm to 6pm each day, Dovercourt Crypt will be creeping once more into daylight for our second annual Haunt Garage Sale! 🏚

We’ll have a frightful array of treasures and trinkets unearthed from the depths of the Crypt - drop by our lair to snag a piece of Crypt Couture for your own home haunt, and help us clear space for new horrors to come!

Step right up, fiends and phantoms — the official Dovercourt Crypt schedule for 2025 has risen from the grave! 🪦 This will be our longest run yet (14 nights!!), so rally your bravest companions and mark your calendars for one (or more!) of these fright-filled nights:

SOFT OPENING WEEKEND (with actors!)
🎃 October 18 & 19, 2025, from 6:30(ish) to 9:30 pm

‘SCARE-FREE’ HAUNTLING NIGHTS
🎃 October 20–23 & October 27–29, 2025 (all Monday to Thursday dates), from 4:30 to 8:30 pm

FULL HAUNT EXPERIENCE
🎃 October 24–26, 2025 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), PLUS Thursday October 30, 2025, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm

HALLOWEEN NIGHT
🎃 Friday October 31, 2025:
• Scare-Free Haunt: 4:30–6:00 pm
• Full Haunt: 6:30–9:00 pm
• Trick-or-Treating from 4:30 pm onward!

Admission to the Crypt is by cash donation, with proceeds once again going to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. Suggested minimum donation: $10/adult, $5/child — though you’re welcome to give more to support this frightfully good cause.
