Over our sessions, you'll learn the significance of mandalas, various painting techniques, tips on how to choose colors, information on different paint brands and how to express your creativity while crafting these unique pieces. bout creating art; mandala painting offers incredible health benefits too! Engaging in this meditative practice can reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote mindfulness. As you immerse yourself in painting, you’ll find a sense of peace and relaxation that can positively impact your overall well-being. Even though we're still searching for the perfect Art Soul Studio home, I couldn't wait to start sharing some of the beautiful workshops that will be part of our creative journey.

One of the signature experiences you'll find at Art Soul Studio will be Kinusaiga — a stunning Japanese-inspired art form often described as "painting with fabric." Using gorgeous fabrics, simple tools, and a little creativity, you'll create textured works of art that look like quilts and paintings combined.

This beautiful Sunrise Kinusaiga design is just the beginning! ✨

Once Art Soul Studio opens its doors, we'll be offering a growing collection of Kinusaiga workshops featuring all kinds of designs:
