Moving Mirror Productions – Silent Auction Donation and Sponsorship Request

Dear Friends,

Moving Mirror Productions is celebrating a very special milestone this year, our 10th Anniversary, and we would be honoured to have you be part of it. On February 21st at 7:00 PM, we will gather at the Evergreen Cultural Centre for an evening of performances, community connection, and celebration. The night will include a silent auction and a catered dessert reception for all attendees.

As we prepare for this event, we are reaching out to local businesses and community supporters who believe in the power of the arts. We are seeking donations and sponsorships for our silent auction, with sponsorships beginning at a minimum contribution of $50. Your support helps us continue offering accessible, high quality arts education to young performers in our community.

Why Your Support Matters
Moving Mirror Productions began in 2015 as the dream of our Creative Director, Ryan Phelps, who envisioned a place where young people in North Burnaby could explore theatre in a supportive and inspiring environment. Over the past decade, that dream has grown into a vibrant community where students learn to express themselves, build confidence, collaborate with others, and discover the joy of performance.

We have seen firsthand how transformative these experiences can be. One of our alumni is now attending university in Ontario to study the performing arts, and she often shares that her very first spark of love for theatre came from participating in our program. Stories like hers remind us why this work matters and why community support makes such a difference.

How You Can Help
With deep appreciation, we are requesting:

Silent auction items such as gift baskets, services, products, experiences, or gift cards,
Event sponsorships beginning at $50,
In-kind contributions that support our programming or event needs.
Every donor and sponsor will receive:

Recognition in our printed event program,
Signage in the theatre lobby during the fundraiser,
The opportunity to provide flyers or marketing materials displayed on our silent auction tables,
Acknowledgment on our social media channels.
Your generosity not only supports our students, it also connects your business with families, artists, and community members who value local arts and education.
