Picked up this yarn during the summer and thought maybe I'd do a sweater before too long. I've looked at a ton of patterns but nothing exactly what I wanted so out came the pen and paper. It's now going to be a vest with a sort of cross cross asymmetrical back. It'll make sense later on. Knitting up delightfully so far.

Yarn is Eco-Fusion by Nurturing Fibres. 50/50 bamboo viscose/cotton. The colorway is Sandstone

I spent a lovely morning at a craft market yesterday and did some work while the shoppers browsed and chatted. A lot of people are not familiar with needle felting so I offered a chance to try it out and I'll tell you, most of them are pleasantly surprised at how easy this art form is.

Keep an eye out for new classes and workshops as well as sip and stitch nights for your holiday gatherings

Sometimes I start talking about the fiber arts I love and realize how much knowledge I've gathered over the years. Also how much fun it is to talk to other fiber artists and share what we are all working on.

I had a lovely meeting at this morning about a couple of business ideas I have and it all works out I'll get to talk to share my knowledge and love of fiber arts with people ALL DAY!

Now back to work.
