Beginner Aerial Adult Classes - registration opens Sunday March 22nd at 9:00am

Never tried aerials before? Join us for silks, hoop, sling, trapeze, or straps! These intro level classes are the perfect place to start.

In these classes, you will build basic & beginner foundations, like how to invert, how to use your grip strength, and how to mount your apparatus.

Explore beginner skills, build body awareness, and expand your aerial knowledge.
