Grindhouse Cinema Welcome to The Grindhouse! Our aim is to bring back the spirit of Grindhouse theatres, the grungy seedy cult movie houses of the 1970s and 80s.

Grindhouse Cinema is a classic horror & drive-in movie page, home of The Grindhouse, a film series returning to Reo's Movie Emporium, Nelson BC, in the Fall of 2017. We’ll be showing a double feature of the best and most obscure cinema favourites from the likes of Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci, John Carpenter and Bob Clark. rror, exploitation, art-house, foreign, erotica, cheese, nunsploitation, slasher, action, women in prison, giallo, eurotrash, mondo, gore, surrealism, Westerns and everything in between! Drink with your friends and see why these movies dominated the drive-in circuit. Also, look out for The Grindhouse Reader, Nelson's own quarterly cult film magazine.
