🖤 Important Update to Our Booking & Deposit Policy 🖤

To our amazing clients,

Due to the increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we are updating our booking and deposit policy, effective immediately.

• Deposits will now be based on the amount of time booked for your tattoo appointment, rather than a flat-rate deposit.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your tattoo and are required to secure your appointment.

• A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment.

• If you miss your appointment or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled time, you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost of your tattoo appointment upfront before another appointment can be booked.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you think there's a chance you may need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We truly appreciate the communication. Waiting until the night before or the day of your appointment often doesn't give us enough time to fill your spot, which directly affects our artists and the business.

Thank you to all of our incredible clients who respect our time and support our small business. Your understanding allows us to continue providing the best experience possible for everyone.
