Someone is impersonating Arbutus Meadows, using our logo and contacting Christmas market applicants with false approvals and requests for e-transfer payments.

Our official Christmas market email is [email protected]. The Gmail account contacting vendors does NOT belong to us.

Please verify any suspicious approval or payment request with us through this page before sending money. If you’ve already paid, contact your bank immediately and let us know.

Applications are open for Merry Little Christmas on the Farm, and we’d love for you to be part of it. Now in its fifth year, our indoor market brings together a fantastic variety of makers, artists, and small businesses for three festive evenings at Arbutus Meadows Farm.

We are delighted to be partnering with Hype with Heart Collective Suzy Hedges and Chef Selena Selena Marie Dillon of The Secret Table to host HARVEST-an intentional autumn gathering celebrating abundance, local food, community and connection.

Join us on Thursday, October 29, for a beautiful afternoon and evening created especially for women.

Begin by wandering through the thoughtfully curated HARVEST Market, featuring local makers, growers and women-led businesses. Shop, sip, connect and discover something new before taking your place at one beautiful Long Table for a comforting, locally inspired harvest feast celebrating the abundance of Vancouver Island.

There will be beautiful food, meaningful conversation, storytelling, music and even a little room to move and groove.

We're bringing the Barn Dance back!

Join us Friday, October 23rd for an old-fashioned evening of live fiddle music, dancing and good company in the barn at Arbutus Meadows.

Live music by the Cross Canada Fiddle, with a caller leading you through the dances — no experience necessary!

Bring the kids, bring the grandparents, bring your friends. This is a truly multi-generational evening, and everyone is welcome.
