Few events in the Hub City provide a glimpse to visitors of how great Nanaimo can be. If you are up for weird subculture, bands you'll love and friendly vibe then check out this year's Backyard Fest. A ton of effort and care go into this event so you can stroll up and simply enjoy. It's a shing example of why I love living here.
