Before I knew it, the maple blossoms and snows had quietly passed through ten years of spring and autumn. Friends sent warm wishes and encouragement, thanking everyone for their kind care and recognition of their pity. After each of the first five Spring Festivals, I would write a small essay to document my journey. I've been lazy in recent years and have just taken a moment to gather my thoughts and review the touching stories behind and behind the scenes of the 10 years of the Spring Festival.
In 2012, the first China Sound came out. As a music fan, I naturally did not miss this opportunity to admire, and I have always seen Liang Bo win the title. His strength is obvious. At the same time, I also enjoyed a lot of world rock famous songs at Xiaobo Tieba and other places, which was fascinating and intoxicating.
The next year I posted on a small website in Moncheng, "Rock can also softly sing into your soft heart," searching for peers, gradually played into a rock LEGO building, sharing various heavy metal famous songs while also absorbing some masters' shared heavenly voices, going to bed and eating and benefiting greatly.
A few years later, I finished with a perfect finish by selecting ten pieces from the classics in that musical high-rise, including another musical high-rises such as romantic and beautiful French anthems, European and American classical pop, Cantonese, classical music, and folk songs. It was an unforgettable time of energy storage.So much wonderful music that gets into the flow of the heart, why not give more friends a chance to enjoy it? I love sharing and I'm good at output. Love is the greatest internal drive, sharing is also a joy, and music alone is not as good as music in the crowd.
In 2017. 1. 7, coincidentally, Maple Snow Festival Gala set sail because of passion. The first one was in a small theater in Cegep Vanier. The night was fresh in my memory. New and old friends gathered together. Although we were only in a small state of transparency at the time, we were encouraged and supported by our friends in the audience, which was a great encouragement. For the second year we went to the Concordelia Theatre in downtown Montreal, and for the third and fourth years we upgraded to the Quebec Theatre in the downtown area. We tried to have new elements and new highlights for each evening. The fifth and sixth editions were faced with the shadow of masks, and the Fenghua Xue Le Spring Festival came up to the challenge, opened the online Spring Festival from scratch, which broadened our horizons and landscape. During the festival, many celebrities such as Xu Tao, Wu Jingan and Han Li were invited. The world is a global village, and inadvertently expanded the online Maple Snow Festival to many cities in Canada and the United States, such as Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, and within China.
In 2023, the 7th Maple Flower Snow Festival Gala specially invited the comedian Dashan to help, the theater was upgraded to the Place des Arts, and the stage lighting and sound effects were further upgraded. Quality is the essence, art is the soul. This stage is not only an exhibition of craftsmanship, but also a transmission of cultural values.
The Spring Festival Gala follows a quality line, strictly controls selection and content output, continuously improves the standard of art, promotes the light of non-heritage, and enables the beauty of culture, and is honored to have been supported by the Confucius Institute of Quebec. President Rong Meng is a veteran of the culture and education of the Quebec Hua School in Montreal, as well as the principal of the Quechua School of Montreal and the president of the Association of Quebec Chinese Schools. He is a dedicated and warm-hearted predecessor and role model. Although we didn't spend a lot of time together, every time we saw him, it brought beauty and warmth to our heart. The family's honorary school is not only tasteful, but also artistic. We had the privilege of being invited to enjoy the 25th anniversary gala of Jiahua School that year. The gala program has a lot of gold in it. In addition to the evocative rendition of Peking Opera masters Fu Shiru and Zhao Qun in Shanghai Peking Opera House, the song "The Song of the Lost Emperor" made me plant grass at once, and it still lingers and lingers in my ears. The skill of selecting the best songs in the sea of music can be seen. It has become a common practice for the heart-rending Rongyuan to plant Fukuda. In the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, he organized the Jiahua School to donate 20,000 Canadian dollars, bringing warmth and care to the affected area in time. At the annual meeting of the Association of Quebec's Chinese Schools, the Academy style is unique, with lots of funny words, and the audience often values the hilarity. The organ music and Peking Opera programs produced by Confucius Institute of Quebec are professionally created and of high standard, and are presented each year on the maple blossom and snow festival evening.
The Place des Arts is comprised of professional theaters and is one of the most important performing arts centers in Canada and North America, with six major performance halls covering opera, symphony, ballet, theatre, modern music and cross-border art. It is more like a cultural icon that carries a high degree of professional art, and its brand effect and landmark status undoubtedly cause overall performance expenses to be daunting and prohibitive.
Thank you to all the sponsors for their dedicated support, giving us the opportunity to fulfill our dreams in this sacred, sound-filled temple of the highest art in Montreal. The growth of the Spring Festival Gala benefited from the support and help of numerous Mongolian artistic elites. Feng Li, our accomplished elder, the pinnacle of the gala, and the veteran Golden Moderator of Mongolian fame in North America, remained behind the scenes and accompanied us throughout the decade. An art consultant who can compete for beauty, but who must compete for talent. Teacher Feng doesn't have any details and gives everything she can. The 10th Maple Flower Snow Festival Gala for the first time to cooperate with Ottawa Mulan Dance Studio, Principal Bowen praised the planning and organization of this party. The characteristic dance works of Yao Ping's dance studio were first performed on the Spring evening of Maple Flower, such as Sheldaeva, Peking Opera Dance, Tang Palace Night Dinner, etc., and were exquisite and beautiful. Each time I watched a show with Ms. Wang, I felt a lot of fun. I remember talking about the large Tibetan dancing Cherita, and we asked Ms.Wang to go for coffee with us. She left a message in the studio elders before she left, "Lavender (Zhang Jiè), they asked me for a favor!" When we meet, we don't need to say hello, we just get to know each other. The Svetlana's dance is not only musical, but also very melodious. The costumes are beautiful, and their team has the strength to perform well. Teacher Wang immediately clapped at the hearing. We were about to think about Cherkanova next year, so the show was finalized in a snap. The beautiful Cherkanova is another classic masterpiece. As the artistic director of the Spring Festival Gala, Ms. Wang poured a lot of energy into her work, and she especially used her heart in this year's closing ceremony, which truly earned her fame.
Organizing a big Spring Festival Gala is like a systematic project that requires the concerted efforts of everyone, and the small friends of the United Nations Literary and Artistic Association of North America are the first to support every event. The North American Literature Association is a warm and loving family that has always kept its original aspiration for ten years. A rare pure stream, this is a tiger-hider, dragon-hider and hot, a literary and artistic community filled with temperature and energy. Every year's annual meetings are a lively sea of joy, and summer sightseeing and song outings are even more desirable. We nourish and empower each other, filling our lives with sunshine and happiness. Our music teacher Zhu Xingying is concerned about this tenth anniversary even though she is at home. Think of the warm times we met in China the year before, and she always marvels at the rare pleasure she feels whenever she is together. I used to sing that French song before.Toi+ Moi recommended it to her, the outstanding teacher at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music was passionately thrilled and said, "I love this song very much. I've listened to it five times in the squirrel grove. It makes me very passionate!" My selections were precisely where her aesthetic point lay, and there was a mutual understanding between them. The last Spring Festival Gala was a delightful show, and her aesthetic and artistic talents were very much admired. Xu Zeli, whom we met in 2013, is an ardent and passionate sister of ancient ways. She has been passionate about supporting us, helping others, and making herself happy since she set sail for the Spring Festival. Sister Xu, who is kind and passionate, spreads love and enjoys many activities in the community. I have light in my heart, but I do good. Roses are given to people, and they smell good on their hands.Ten years of looking back, the story along the way is much more moving. The theme of the 10th Maple Snow Festival Spring Festival is "Gratitude." Behind the stage and behind the scenes, it is all gratitude. I am grateful to all colleagues for their cooperation and hard work. It was this large and dedicated team that lifted every wonderful moment on stage. Here, too, I would like to pay a representative tribute to another core group of members - Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee Shen Rong, Summer, Shen Kang, Chen Jun, Wang Wei, Guan Jingang, Wang Guannan, etc., stage director Qi Wen, deputy director Jin Jing, Cold Hui, etc. and the logistical core Xu Zhengxin, who undertook key support work behind the scenes.
