Wellspring by Margaret Griffin

The pieces in this exhibition build on architectural concepts of wells, communal spaces designed for activities related to the use, conservation and transmission of natural resources.

By extension, the work is about how human beings source, refine and renew our materials both physical and immaterial.

This show marks another collaboration with our guest curator, Luke Havekes, and videographer, Jeremy Shantz.

Les œuvres présentées dans cette exposition s’inspirent des concepts architecturaux des puits, ces espaces communs conçus pour des activités liées à l’utilisation, à la conservation et à la transmission des ressources naturelles.

Par extension, ce travail explore la manière dont les êtres humains se procurent, transforment et renouvellent leurs ressources, tant matérielles qu’immatérielles.
