Whether you're building a new project or you want to improve your current operations, we have a flexible learning experience just for you!

How does it work?
- Shoot us a message with your name, what you're currently working on, and why you're looking to spruce up your business savviness, at [email protected] or . You'll be reaching out directly to Thomas Rodriguez who'll assess your current needs and propose a few plan options for you to choose from.
- Our goal is to provide a learning experience that is flexible and designed specifically for you. Because of this, rates and fees can vary. Please send us a message for more information.

- Thomas Rodriguez is a 2023 graduate of John Molson School of Business, a theatre producer, and a business consultant. "Going back to school has really changed my perspective on how to approach starting projects and theatre companies. If I had to start OTC again today, I would do it completely differently. It's the reason behind Business 1-on-1. It's the workshop I wish I had when I started producing." Opportunity Theatre Company has been Thomas's main theatre venture until the pandemic began. That's around when Thomas decided to go back to school and put OTC on a hiatus. Since then, he's worked on the side as a business advisor for multiple companies, and individuals in theatre and other industries. "It's time I expand my services to more people. I'm really excited about this project. OTC's been asleep for far too long."

If you have nothing to do tonight or tomorrow afternoon, do yourself a favour and go watch one of the shows of our friends at OTC. They're playing at Mainline for two more days!

Joseph, a friend, and a collaborator of ours has a show happening at this year's Festival St-Ambroise Fringe de Montréal! It's a very exciting show that's definitely worth checking out!

Available On-Demand as part of the 30th annual St. Ambroise Montreal FRINGE Festival from June 1st to the 20th is "This Show Is Broken" a Scripted-Improvised/Experimental Online Theatre piece where all the dialogue is improvised. Created & Directed by Joseph Ste-Marie.
Synopsis: “This Show Is Broken” is a scripted-improvised experiment created by Joseph Ste-Marie, who plays himself as he attempts to create a show about his journey as an artist, but Joseph soon learns that it’s easier said than done as he discovers his script isn’t as authentic as he thought and struggles to be honest with himself.

Wow… A year later and this project is coming to an end. It has been quite the journey. A journey fuelled by growth and openness.

Thank you to our team for all of their efforts throughout this process. It has been an amazing ride. Thank you as well to everyone who supported us. It has meant the world to all of us. Thank you to MainLine Theatre for hosting our play in their venue, and for being so welcoming.

Tonight, at midnight, the recorded dress rehearsal of “Before It’s Too Late” will be removed permanently from the web, and we will say goodbye to OTC’s inaugural production.
