Dear Members of Espace Freestanding Room Community,

As you are aware, our studios have been a hub of artistic expression and collaboration for 15 years.

It is with a heavy heart that we must vacate our current location by December 31st due to upcoming building renovations.

We don’t know what the updated space will look like, nor what the new rent may be, and thus,
we need to talk.

We will also be recruiting volunteers to clean out our longstanding home, and organize a suitable send off.
