FESTIVAL SHORTLIST ANNOUNCEMENT: 'The Housesitter' by Socalled (Canada).

The Housesitter came out of a chance meeting between adult movie star River Wilson and musician and theatre artist Socalled who agreed that p**n today could use a bit more soul; that s*x on film didn’t have to be degrading and brutal to touch and excite an intelligent audience. With that in mind, River approached the great Valentin Braun, based in Germany, to collaborate on a more human-scale erotic film experiment.
