I am an independent audio engineer based in Montreal with over 35 years of experience. I am originally from New York City where I was raised and learned my craft. Mixing live music in the NYC club scene as both an in-house engineer and FOH engineer for various popular R&B, Rock and Progressive Rock bands, I was eventually recognized for my work and drafted into service as FOH engineer for Atlantic
Records recording artist "CHANGE" by their tour Manager Mic Murphy (future front man and co-fonder of the Techno Dance pioneering duo "The System"). Fluent in English and Spanish with USA citizenship and permanent residency in Canada, I can work freely in either country without the need for permits or paperwork. I am currently active in international touring both with and without my personal FOH gear. Regardless of the equipment used, I am first and foremost an artist that is passionate about his craft and committed to bringing out the best in every performance and providing the audience with the very best listening experience. I have experience mixing everything from power rock trios to classic and contemporary jazz backed by full symphony orchestras to musical theater productions. If asked what type of music I preferred to mix, I would have to say, any band that truly cares about their front of house sound is my favorite type of band. To that end, I am always interested in expanding my client base with management, musicians and sound companies that could benefit from my unique combination of experience, expertise and equipment.
