classes - FINALLY! Exciting news everyone! We are resuming our Power Bhangra classes from 26th every Tuesday from 6 pm to 7 pm at Espaces Des Arts in downtown Montreal!
Back is the "Happy Bhangra Hour" where we smile, sweat and dance Bhangra!
For registration, please send us a message and we will provide details. For those who attended the last session, it is the same process 😉

Come one come all! Young Bhangra enthusiasts from would like to showcase their bhangra skills who have been practicing hard for the last 3 months to prepare an afternoon of Punjabi culture to be shared with everyone! Get ready for Bhangra performances, Punjabi singing, theatre performances and a full afternoon of fun and enjoyment. You curious about Punjabi culture, this is the afternoon for you. Bring your families along :)

Power Bhangra is BACK with the WINTER CLASSES! Starting from January 10th to March 30th. Every week, at 6 pm at Espace Des Arts in Montreal Downtown.
To register, please send a message (for those who attended the Fall classes, you know the exercise)
Looking forward to smiles, energy, sweats and dancing Bhangra with you all.

Thanks to everyone who came to today's bhangra workout class. Today was all about the classics of Punjabi music and we hope everyone enjoyed as much as we did! Looking forward to creating more moments at the next class :) More POWER to you!

Our 2nd class was what symbolizes a true Power Bhangra class - High energy, lots of smiles and sweat and ofcourse a lot of claps :)
