Legendary Montreal Guitarist Frank Marino Returns for a rare free outdoor concert

After many years away from the stage, Frank Marino will return to it in Montreal on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 9:15 PM for a special 90+ minute performance in the heart of Little Italy during the opening night celebrations of ItalfestMTL 2026.

Recognized around the world for his groundbreaking work with Mahogany Rush and his lasting influence on generations of guitarists and rock fans, Frank Marino’s return to the Montreal stage promises to be a very special evening for longtime fans and music lovers alike.

The concert is free to the public and will be part of ItalfestMTL's celebration of music, culture, and Montreal heritage. Frank will play on the main stage which is located at the intersection of Rue Jean-Talon and Boulevard Saint-Laurent.
