Debaser has become one of Ottawa’s leading independent and underground music presenters, best known for its experimental music curation and inclusive events. They are the producers of Pique, a forward-thinking, artist-driven quarterly event.

WARP is a paid learning & mentorship opportunity co-produced + co-facilitated by a consortium of DIY music and arts organizations in the Algonquin-Anishinaabe territory. INTRODUCING: Grace LaDoja

From Skepta to Supreme, Nike to Fenty, has been shaping youth culture for over a decade. Born in London with Nigerian roots, she began her career as a filmmaker, linking early on with sneaker community Crooked Tongues. When Supreme expanded into Europe, she led its strategy and partnerships, helping build its cultural capital over ten years.

Grace became a key collaborator with grime icon Skepta, creating a broader cultural ecosystem around his artistry. Her work on his Mercury Prize-winning Konnichiwa earned her an MBE in 2018. She later applied this strategy to Afrobeats producer Sarz, continuing their partnership into 2025.
In 2017, Grace co-founded , a creative agency spanning music management, brand partnerships, and cultural consultancy. A year later, she launched - an annual Lagos festival turned global platform spotlighting African creative talent through events, collaborations, and media moments.
In 2020, Grace and Metallic launched the Metallic Fund, offering grants and mentoring for Black creatives in the UK. The initiative aims to combat racial inequality by opening doors for young Black talent in the creative industries.

Grace’s work bridges continents, genres, and generations - building legacies that redefine modern culture.

INTRODUCING: Whitney Boateng

Whitney Boateng started her career in music as an intern for doing music management. Her time there saw her work with the likes of George the Poet, Jacob Banks and Wretch 32; where she learnt the intricacies of the music business. She later highlighted her deep affinity for the live events and that led her to make the decision that creating tangible live experiences for people was where she wanted to impact within the music industry.

Whitney pivoted into live promotions and left Renowned Group to join Coda (Paradigm) before moving on to ( ). During her time at Live Nation she worked on an array of international acts such as Megan Thee Stallion, Tion Wayne, Cruel Santino, Headie One, The Ends Festival, and more.

Whitney then went on to join as an agent in the music PA (Personal Appearance) department to continue to fulfil her passion in the Live Industry where she now represents the likes of Shallipopi, K-Trap, JayO, Juls and many more talented artists
