Shout out to Emma who is leaving for Toronto today to participate in the Canadian Model and Talent Convention where she’ll compete in multiple categories including dance. We’ve been working together for 8 weeks and no doubt the judges will see her talent, professionalism, dedication, and charisma. Way to go, shake a hip, break a leg and all that good stuff!

I will be a guest facilitator at the Luminary Wellness Series in Baddeck Nova Scotia this May as well as an enthusiastic attendee! Having been to two of these retreats I can attest to their effectiveness for healing the soul but also for having a lot of fun! Highly recommended 🙌✨
