With just a few instruments, no overdubs and minimal post-production, our recordings are pretty much what you'd hear by candlelight if the power went out. The Riverbend Revue is an exciting new concept for performers in the southeast New Brunswick area, providing:
• FOR PERFORMERS a venue to showcase original or unique material. While the pub scene is awesome, it is not always the best place to
stretch your wings and show something new.
• FOR THE AUDIENCE something different than the usual pub fare. Want to see interesting local talent that you might have missed?
• FOR THE COMMUNITY support to local causes. A registered charity or not-for-profit program operating in our community will be featured at each show, and profits from the show will be donated to the charity. The Revue’s house band “Frayed Knot” will get things started and work on recruiting guest musicians. We are looking for other types of performers though – comedy, poetry, dramatic reading, step dance, who knows. The Moncton Press Club has graciously agreed to be home to The Revue.
