Hallo les amix de Moncton! Allons danser!
We’re having a kitchen party! We’re bringing PEI Square Sets to Xeroz
Arcade/Bar, and you’re invited.
Whether you’re a trad lover or brand new to square dancing, you don’t
need to know a thing. Bring a partner or find one there, and after a
little instruction I’ll be calling every move as we go.
Two of the best musicians (and humans) around, Romy Munkres and Ray
Knorr, are playing trad tunes that’ll get you out of your seat.
They’re worth the night out just to listen.
Expect lots of laughing, dancing, and gathering. On peut s’attendre à
de gros sourires, se rassembler et danser!
S’ouèra là! Ça va swingez!
..Basically the vibe is 2 musicians playing trad tunes (they're
awesome), I will be calling the dance, which means, teaching the
basics and then learning as we go with the music, dancers just follow
my instructions. Very simple dance, people are paired up , the chaos
of learning is part of the fun. Have you ever imagined a kitchen
party at Xeroz? hah!
