📣 WE ARE HIRING 📣 - Assistant Game Master/ Customer Service Representative - TRAPPED Mississauga

TRAPPED Mississauga, a high-end escape room venue on Dundas St W, is hiring Assistant Game Masters to start immediately. You’ll welcome guests, deliver game orientations in character, monitor live games and give hints, reset rooms between sessions, and handle bookings and front-desk service. This is a performance job as much as a service job - we’re looking for fast learners who work well on a team, stay composed under pressure, and are genuinely into escape rooms. Prior escape room experience, as a player or a game master, is a strong asset, as is any improv, drama, or live-event background.

Weekend and long-weekend availability is required, plus occasional early midweek starts for corporate events and school field trips. Pay is the Ontario general minimum wage ($17.60/hour, rising to $17.95 on October 1, 2026). Full training provided.
