Robotic arms are fed through tubes to perform surgery inside the body. .

The surgery often involves using a joystick on the outside of the body that controls the tiny movements inside the body.

They are able to see their movements through a screen, which visualizes and displays the movements that result from their joystick use. Dr. Rosser, a surgeon, who conducted the study said it was: "like tying your shoelaces with 3-foot-long chopsticks."

In a study, they compared the performance of surgeons who played video games in their free time to the general population of surgeons and found that they had 37% fewer mistakes. (Source: Video Gamers Make Good Surgeons. CBS News)

So if your surgeon has an Optic Gaming hat on, you are probably in good hands. Assuming he also has an MD Diploma on his wall too…..
