Now that the drag racing season is over, we'd like to remind everyone that Snell 2015 helmets expire on January 1, 2027....

Now that the drag racing season is over, we'd like to remind everyone that Snell 2015 helmets expire on January 1, 2027.

All Snell 2015 helmets will need to be replaced before the start of the 2027 racing season.

Please note! Some helmets are dual spec, Snell and FIA. While Snell 2015 certifications expire January 1, 2027, certain FIA certifications remain valid beyond that date. Check all certification labels inside your helmet before purchasing a replacement.

Refer to the 2026 NHRA Rulebook for complete helmet certification and safety equipment requirements at NHRARacer.com

Examples of common Snell and FIA certification labels are shown below.
Racers are encouraged to inspect their helmet certification labels now to ensure compliance for upcoming events.

WE ARE RACING TONIGHT!

The last Mopac Auto Supply Friday Night Street Legal is TONIGHT AT 4PM! The days are getting shorter and the dew is setting in at night, so we’ve pulled the start an hour earlier to get a little more racing in!

Plus Bold Connections Drift Alliance Inc. (BCDA) is going to be drifting past the 1/4 mile, to keep the good times rolling!

Gates open at 3pm, racing starts promptly at 4pm! See you there!

FRIDAY NIGHT, its your last chance to come race down the River Valley Ford Dragstrip, at the Mopac Auto Supply Ltd. Friday Night Street Legal Drift and Drag!

Because of the temperatures and sunlight, we're going to start racing at 4:00 PM, with gates opening at 3:00 PM!

If straight-line speed isn't your cup of tea, The BCDA is joining us for a night of drifting to help close out the season with a bang! If you ask nicely, they might even take you for a ride!

$10 is your entry fee, with Mission Resident entry sponsored by Mr. L**e in Mission!
$50 to come race and $100 to come drift! Drifters register on thebcda.com
