Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them. ~Ephesians 4:29

Opening for the first time early in 1950, the Vogue Theatre was touted as "Chatham's newest and most modern theatre." With seating for nearly 500 and modern amenities it was the place to see the newest blockbuster release of the day. For the next 50 years, the Vogue Theatre ran as a daily run movie theatre to the delight of generations of Miramichiers. After closing in February 2000, the theatre sat silent for over 12 years when a small group of concerned citizens purchased the historic old theatre. After extensive renovations, which took thousands of volunteer man hours, the Vogue Theatre has reopened as Miramichi's newest and most popular performing arts venue.
