Today we say goodbye to a true original.
Dolly Parton gave the world so much more than unforgettable songs. She gave us laughter, courage, kindness, generosity—and music that could make just about anyone want to sing along.
Last spring, our chorus had the joy of putting our own spin on her iconic “9 to 5.”
Thank you, Dolly, for the songs, the sparkle, the strength, and the inspiration.

August has been a whole lot of fun at A Ca****la Showcase!
Summer may be winding down, but the memories we made during our August Summer Sing are just getting started! A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us and helped make August so special. We loved sharing the joy of singing with you!
From singing together and welcoming new faces to celebrating birthdays, friendships and a few lucky August weekly draw winners, there was plenty to smile about. 💜🎵
And if watching this video has you thinking, “I want to be part of that!” — we’d love to see you at one of our rehearsals! Come sing with us, make some new friends and discover just how much fun four-part harmony can be.

Nothing like a beautiful summer day to celebrate 30 years of singing and friendship! We had a blast at our ACS 30th anniversary picnic, bonding over games like crokinole, axe throwing and a fabulous co****le tournament. And food -- always TONS of delicious food and treats. Huge thanks to Michelle for hosting and her team for organizing such a fun day! Thanks also to the weather gods for holding off with the rain till we were done!

Time for another edition of “Where in the world are ACS’s members?” Congratulations to our very own Amy and Angie for attending BHS’s Category training school in Denver this past week. Amy attended as the Singing Category Specialist for Harmony, Inc., and she was able to cheer on Angie as she was officially certified as a BHS Administrative Judge. Angie is now a certified Administrative Judge within both Harmony, Inc. and BHS!

Summer Sing is in full swing! We are back from a few weeks off, and what a treat to have so many new people come out and participate. We’re having a blast learning some new songs together. It’s not too late to join – come check us out and join us this Tuesday! Our Summer Sing sessions continue at Flamborough Baptist Church in Waterdown until August 11.
