So proud to be part of the Ontario Society of Artists 150th anniversary show. My piece 'Ghost Door' evokes a multitude of memories for me. It was a pleasure to visit this beautifull, historic gallery and to be surrounded by the art of my fellow members.

Painting in the DVSA auction starting tomorrow April 12!

This 24 x 24 inch painting is for the Snowbirds that were unable to get to Florida. It was painted from my memories of early morning walks in the " Jim Brandon Equestrian Centre” in Wellington Florida. Peaceful meandering waterways with pines that had needles soft to the touch and presented a striking contrast to the yellow ochre of the grasses.

I met with a lovely couple at my studio this morning during a heavy rainstorm. They purchased "Caledon August Afternoon ". Hopefully this painting will supply some sunshine on this rainy day!
